Responsibilities:
- Plant Care: Maintain the health and appearance of indoor plants by watering, fertilizing, pruning, and repotting as necessary.
- Customer Assistance: Provide expert advice to customers on plant care, selection, and maintenance.
- Landscape Design: Develop and implement creative landscape designs for both residential and commercial clients.
- Inventory Management: Monitor plant inventory, ensuring all plants are healthy and ready for sale.
- Training: Educate staff and customers on plant care techniques and best practices.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by providing information about plants and landscaping services.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
