We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting department and oversee our financial operations. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure liquidity and efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software – Tally.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
