Shipping Policy

Sanjay Nursery  is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given period. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post. Most of our orders are shipped within a period of 2-14 working days. The order fulfillment time generally varies from 2 to 20 business days. 

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

A flat shipping charge of Rs.100 is charged for order value up to Rs.1000 and free shipping is offered for order value above Rs.1000. Also, please note that for most of the items shipping and packaging charges have been included in the product price. Please note, for some Items like Plants and Home Decor Items, which are bulky in nature and perishable, shipping charges will be extra depending on the location and order size. If the shipping charges for your products are different the same will be communicated to you via email or phone before we process the order. Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included in the list, except Octroi / Local Body Tax, as applicable in your region. Generally, Octroi / LBT is not applicable for Plants / Lucky Bamboos.  

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within a period of 2-14  working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Please note that the order fulfillment time generally varies between 2-20 business days. However, there are few products, which are made to order and will need a period of more than 20 days. If the delivery period is more than 15 days the same shall be notified to your via email or phone. We will make sure, that we will do our best to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible. If you have any issues with regards to the delivery of the order please send an email. What if the product received is in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-7303231231 or email us at sanjaynursery@gmail.com or at chhajedgarden@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back. In Case, if you notice the damage after the delivery has been taken, please send us the Photos of the Outer Packaging as well as the damaged Products mentioning your Order Id. We will do the needful from thereon. You can also check the refund policy here

What if the Product gets damaged during transit (Like Ceramic products)?

Most of the products damaged in transit are Fragile Items. We make sure that we ensure the products before shipping and make your experience a pleasant one. In Case of any damage, we will replace the products at our cost. You will need to send us pictures of damaged products.

(Note: Please note that process of replacement can be a bit tedious)

How do you ship the plants?

The plants have been divided into various categories. We do ship some plant varieties like the Anthuriums, Orchids all over India. But the supply of other varieties is currently limited to Pune and Mumbai. So some of the plants are available only for in-store pickup. Our main shipping partner is FedEx. Most of the orders are shipped by FedEx. However, there are certain locations that are not serviceable by FedEx in such cases the orders are shipped by other service partners such as SpeedPost, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, etc.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track the order by logging in to the My Account section. After we ship the item, a tracking Id will be provided to you and you may check the shipment status at our shipping Partner’s Website. You will receive Whatsapp Notifications, SMS, and email notifications regarding the order statuses.

Plants

Are the plants the same as seen in the pictures?

A lot of care has been taken to make sure that the pictures of most of the products are taken from our nursery itself, however; as plants are living things the actual plants may differ a little from the picture. And please note that the images provided are for reference purposes only. And the actual plant may differ from the picture provided.

Bulk / Wholesale  Orders

Do you cater to Bulk orders?

We have a separate team to take care of the wholesale orders. 

Yes. Sanjay Nursery and Chhajed Garden are the dominant players in the nursery Industry since 1984. We are based in Pune, having production in more than 15 acres. Our customers include major corporate houses, builders, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, and many individual Customers. Most of our business comes from our wholesale clients.

Payments

How do I make payment for my purchase?

We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Cards & Debit Cards (including Maestro cards), Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets. Sanjay Nursery and our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.

Is it safe to purchase online at Sanjay Nursery ?

Yes, it is completely safe to purchase online at Sanjay Nursery .Our trusted Payment Gateway Partners (Payu, PayTm, and Cashfree)  will make sure that your payment is made on an absolutely secure page. We do not collect any credit card information on our site. The credit card information is collected on the payment gateway’s page only.

Order Cancellation and Returns, and Refunds  

Can we cancel the order once it’s placed?

The order can be canceled only if it is not processed from our side. You may not cancel the order which has been processed by us. Some of our items are made to order such as the Fiber Planters. Once the order for such items has been processed you cannot cancel the order. Normally the orders are processed within a period of 2 business days. This also means that the order may be processed the same day in which case cancelation may not be possible. 

Please note that once the order has been canceled it will take 3-10 business days for the refund to be made and the payment to get credited to the original payment method. 

We do not accept any returns of Live Plants and Fragile Products. Products manufactured and Customised as per the customer’s requirements will also not be considered under returns. Please note that all the Fiber, Stainless Planters are manufactured as per the customer’s orders and will not consider for a refund. 

To keep the prices competitive and fair, the cost of returns has not been considered in the product pricing, if the product is as described we would not honor refunds or return requests. Our systems are designed in such a way that the product has to be returned by the customer using his own logistics at his own cost. Before sending the Product kindly communicate through the email so that we are aware also mention the order no in the email. Please note that returning the products to us can be a tedious process, our systems are not designed for returns and replacements. 

All the customers are requested to read the Returns and Refund Policies very carefully. Any documents associated with sending and returning the product have to be provided by the customer. (eg: Invoice, Shipping Label, etc) 

Return of Products due to Pricing: 

Please note our website has been designed to cater to the retail requirements and to deliver these products across an India basis. Due to various costs associated with running an online business the prices on the website are much higher for most of the products as compared to an Offline Store. Please note this is due to the business model and this does not involve any kindly of cheating or fraud. All the Product Pricing has been displayed on the website and the customers will be charged accordingly. 

Please note that our prices are on a higher side and kindly place the order only if the above policies are acceptable to you.  

 Also, note that our liability for any products is to tune the value of the goods (the prices of goods mentioned on the website). 

Note: 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you on the email id provided at the time of registration if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

It so happens that the products that you order sometimes are out of stock and in very rare cases they are wrongly priced, and hence we need to cancel the order. If such is the case with the products that you have ordered we cancel the order the same or the next day, inform you the same, and we make sure we refund all the money that you have paid for
